Massanutten Resort, a premier all-season resort in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley, today announce the launch of Massanutten Mountain Perks, a new two-tiered loyalty program focused on area residents.  With these two programs, locals will have access to earn or redeem points through Massanutten Rewards and the paid program, the Massanutten Play Pass, which has even more exclusive perks including BOGOs at the Indoor/Outdoor WaterPark, the Spa, resort dining venues, and more.

The Massanutten Mountain Perks program includes two tiers: Massanutten Rewards and the Massanutten Play Pass. Enrollment in the Massanutten Rewards program is free, and members can earn one point for every dollar spent when making a purchase at the resort. As points are accrued, members can receive a five percent rebate or choose from redemption offers, including:

• 200 points – Two Mega-Zips
• 400 points – Two Indoor/Outdoor WaterPark general admission tickets
• 600 points – Four Indoor/Outdoor WaterPark general admission tickets, or four slope-use tickets
• 800 points – Four Indoor/Outdoor WaterPark general admission tickets, with locker rental and arcade card, or four slope-use tickets
• 1,000 points – Two Indoor/Outdoor WaterPark general admission tickets, two slope-use tickets, and two rounds of golf

The Massanutten Play Pass includes all the benefits of being a Massanutten Rewards member, and more. Members who purchase the annual Play Pass for $50 receive 15 pre-loaded, buy-one-get-one-free offers, worth over $500. These are one-time offers and expire one year from the purchase date. Those interested in becoming Massanutten Mountain Perks members can sign up on the resort’s website or in-person at the point-of-sale. Through a partnership with Repeat Returns, a data-driven marketing platform, members will receive email alerts, letting them know of points earned and ways to redeem them. Through the user-friendly web application, members will be able to log on to their account and track purchases, as well as monitor their points balance and view available rewards.
