Cindy Dove has a background of 23 years in the healthcare field with responsibility for operations, sales and marketing and a focus on hospice care and senior living, She is thrilled be a co-owner, along with her husband, Wes of Dove Development & Consulting as an independent certified trainer, speaker and coach with The John Maxwell Leadership Team. As a leadership expert and keynote speaker, Cindy works with companies that understand the value of leadership and staff development, quality relationships and effective communication. She has also developed a series of approaches to honor time constraints of today’s workforce. This includes leadership and staff development, one on one mentoring, lunch n learns, workshops and mastermind group sessions.
